Payment for the purchase of a website is non-refundable and is due in full prior to initiating work on web site.

Web design usually takes one to several weeks, but could take several months. Work on web design will not begin until all material (pictures, text, and other information which is to go on web site) is given to Aleda Designs.

Once Aleda Designs begins work on web site, the addition of material not previously submitted to Aleda Designs will be treated as an "update service" which will require a service charge and the price per material added.

Purchase price is for web design "as is"

Purchase price includes web design and one year of URL registration.

URL address is for one year. Renewal fees will be incured by purchaser after the first year. Renewal fees may change at any time. Presently renewal fee is $40 per year.

Free web hosting is not guaranteed. At any time, free hosting may be terminated by Aleda Designs or the hosting provider without any notice.

Aleda Designs will not be held responsible for temporary or permanent loss of hosting due to termination by hosting provider for any reason.

Aleda Designs will not be responsible for finding new hosting provider or for uploading files to new hosting provider.
